- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My debit card was cancelled due to a fraud claim by Key-----thanks Key, doing you job on that. Now I have been waiting over three weeks for a replacement card that Key has dropped/forgotten about, and my bills are pilling up---can't be paid, no debit card. Called the bank, and get an answering machine during normal business hours. Terrible customer service, and Jim at Key has not got back to me. No way to run any business, and had to call the Manlius branch to get any kind of service.
